I did a bit of searching but couldn't find my answer. I have 3 questions about the security options.

1. Is it possible to disable the "reboot button"
2. Is it possible to disable the "Get Host Pass"
3. Is it possible to disable the ability to connect to sessions other than the console session.

I am looking to be able to do this by security groups. We have a few (non tech) users that will be using ScreenConnect to get into our terminal servers and I don't want them to be able to accidentally reboot them or share host pass sessions.

Thanks!

You can disable the Reboot button using the app.config file. Specifically, you'll have to specify the Reboot command within the DisabledCommandNames setting, KB here. With that said, however, any app.config setting is global and unfortunately cannot be applied to an individual security group. This feature request sounds similar.

Also, right now, it's not possible to disable the 'Get Host Pass' functionality or connect to sessions other than the console session by default. Connecting to console sessions is already registered here, I suggest adding your vote/comment.
