Hi,

I am coming from LogMeIn rescue world so i was wondering is the option to have a sound notification when a new Support Sessions created (ie. customer connects from the session starter on the website or session starter exe on the desktop) instead of having a trigger email as if there is any problem or delay with the emails our support agents are not realizing that a support session is connected.

I am using cloud screen connect.

Thanks

If you haven't already, make sure you register this within our Product Feedback Portal.

If you have already done so, it's probably a good idea to post the URL to the issue here, that way if other people are searching for similar functionality they can easily add their +1.
