Hi! Having a couple of issues.

1. I have just installed screenconnect onto several centos6 systems, and i'm getting a blank screen on the connections.

2. I've just upgraded our screenconnect server to 5.3, and have asked it to upgrade all our unattended clients. To pick one example, the system hasn't upgraded, even though in the message log it stated that it has processed the reinstall.

I'm not sure if / how it is linked but I did find this is in /var/logs/screenconnectxxxxxxxxxxxxx

That logfile is the client's stderr log, posting it certainly helps as that's usually what we ask for first. With that said, I can't say that I've seen that error before.

What version of Java is installed on these machines? What does the following command report: java -version
