Thanks: 5 times
We currently support about 3000 SC clients.

A big part of our clients prefer launching directly from a .jnlp file ( osx , Linux )

When launching from a .jnlp file it creates a security warning. The certificate is valid but there seems to
be missing a signed jnlp file that should be included in the jar file.

Check http://docs.oracle.com/j.../deploy/signed_jnlp.html

Is this something you are going to look at soon ?

This problem have been there for a long time and it really add some extra clicks to the experience launching the client.
We have several customers that complain that this is really a bummer as the competitors don't have these issues.

UPDATE:

The solution could be found in the JNLP specification
http://download.oracle.c.../syntax.html#applet_desc

Prefix your property name value with "javaws." or "jnlp.".
Only System properties starting with "javaws." and "jnlp." are consider as secure.

So removing the highlighted lines solved the warning. ( and changes the client a little bit )
