I have setup ScreenConnect to use LDAP for user authentication and have also setup two factor authentication to send a SMS message by an LDAP query using the information at http://help.screenconnec...wo-factor_authentication

We are already using the description field so I set UserPasswordQuestionAttribute to use a different LDAP Attribute field and that also is working correctly.

All of this requires me to manually configure each users attribute to "email:(cellphone#)@vtext.com" which was OK for testing but is going to take some time to configure and manage for our users over time.

So I am wondering if there is any way to customize the query response. All of the users phone information is already in Active Directory, so I thought it would be great if I could just query the cellphone attribute to get each users phone number and it appends the rest of the info to the response.

Active Directory Cell Phone Attribute = (123) 456-7890

ScreenConnect UserPasswordQuestionAttribute = CellPhone

Response or way that ScreenConnect sees it = "email:UserPasswordQuestionAttribute@vtext.com

So ScreenConnect formats it and then is able to send the OTP to email:1234567890@vtext.com
