i can test the existants user but i don't know how to link active directory user to screenconnect rôles. Someone can explain? google did not :)

You want the AD Group name to match the Role name in ScreenConnect exactly. This means if you want any user in the Domain Admins group to be an administrator in ScreenConnect, you need to modify/create a role with Administer privileges and call it Domain Admins.
