My organization has very slow internet connection. I have notice that connecting to remote clients that is a lot of lag. Even with the client in the same city....let alone a different city or state. The best work around I have found is to switch the connection to low, then there is very little lag. Is there a way to have this set as default? So any new support sessions created by myself or others is set to low. This may also help cut down on VPS bandwidth.
