Hello all,

Pretty new to the Screenconnect here, but was wonder does anyone know how to make a group that shows machines that are actually offline? I have tried to play with the filter but cant seem to figure it out.

Try creating a group with this filter:

GuestConnectedCount < 0

This will return all sessions with no guest connected (offline). I hope this helps. Here is the supporting KB article with more details on role based security permissions: http://help.screenconnec...er_roles_and_permissions .

That didn't work. Out of 75 PC it pulled 65 to that group and out of 75 only one is actually turned off and I want to have a group that actually shows that turned off computer.

Sorry that should read:

GuestConnectedCount < 1

A negative number of machines connected is not possible as I have been reminded by multiple members of my team since posting, lol. Sorry for the typo, but I tested this and it should be good to go. Let us know if we can answer any additional questions.
