Some banks requires the installation of Trusteer to be set up for it's business clients to be able to use online banking. After installing that program, I get black screens when using ScreenConnect to browse to a "protected" site on the client PC. Once ScreenConnect is blocked, it remains so even after disconnecting.

1. Open the Trusteer Rapport control panel

2. Navigate to page 2

3. Click on “Edit Policy”

4. Fill out the Captcha code

5. Select “Never” for the “Block Screen Capturing” option

6. Press the “Save” button
