In the sequrity TAB I selected Active Directory and tested some users succesfully. After activating this setup I'm not able to logon as an administrator anymore.

What went wrong ?

Do the rolenames in ScreenConnect match the groupnames in the Active directory exactly? For example, if you want to use Domain Admins as the Administrator role in ScreenConnect, then on the Security tab on the Administration page, the rolename must be 'Domain Admins'. Once it's setup that way, if you try a user lookup who belongs to that group in the AD, it should return their list of groups with 'Matches defined role' to confirm that the user is a member of that AD group.

Also, to retry the configuration, you can reset your authentication using the steps in the following KB page: http://help.screenconnec...tor_username_or_password
