I'm not sure this is possible with the way ScreenConnect is designed. Maybe with ver 5.0 and extensions coming out this may be able to happen.

We have our blank screen set to display "Computer is being supported by a technician, if you need access to this system, please call (xxx)xxx-xxxx." It would be nice if it were possible to customize this per technician or use a variable that way we could also include a name or extension number of who to reach when they call in. Right now there are only a handful of technicians so tracking down the correct one is fairly easy. As the business grows and we have more techs, this could get out of hand to track down. I tried using $USERNAME but it did not work. "Computer is being support by technician $USERNAME. If you need access, please call . . . "

Its a good question, possibly through some sort of variable this would be possible in a future release. Let me run this by development to see if there is anything that can be done today. If not I will get it submitted.
