yes - thanks. And you can use RUFUS to put the ISO on a USB and then you have a rescue USB key to use also.

@warriorpoet thanks for the guide! It looks pretty indepth and I'm sure it'll be useful. One tip you may want to consider is that the information contained within that ImagePath registry key might be considered slightly sensitive to your specific installation of ConnectWise Control. Just to clearly state this, however, it can't really be used maliciously. But it's unique enough that if someone was really motivated they could create a bunch of dummy clients and have them call back to your server which would fill the Host page with useless sessions and information. You could consider changing a few of the letters/numbers within the k= parameter (which is the asymmetric key). You could also just delete a chunk of it.

@FilthX from my brief review it should work with recent versions of ConnectWise Control. What problem are you running into?
