In the Unattended section of 'Manage Session Groups' the 'Host Filter' box is greyed out. Is this by design ?

Also how do I add tags to an unattended machine so I can use the Tag filter?

Many thanks

The Host Filter for unattended sessions is not applicable, since they are unattended installations there is no "host". To use the Tag (the Tag is the name of any unattended session) Filter for example you have an unattended installation named XYZCompany - FILESERVER. If you wanted to create a filter for XYZCompany then in the filter options in the Tag Filter you would enter XYZCompany* Then ScreenConnect looks for any session starting with XYZCompany and the * is a wildcard that covers the - FILESERVER portion or if you had another server named FILESERVER2 and so on. So if you had 10 servers for XYZCompany they would all show up in the filtered group so long as your naming convention for XYZCompany was the same and started with XYZCompany. Hope that helps.
