If im connected to a windows 8 machine .

i choose to blank guest screen ...


my screen also goes blank ...


xp works fine .

windows 7/vista there is some weirdness going on but seems to work ... ( blanks my screen for a sec or 2 )

windows server 2008 r2 works fine

Yeah, unfortunately, this is a known issue. I'm not sure what was changed in the Windows 8 architecture to cause this but I know that it is affecting not only us but other screen sharing software as well. It's definitely something that we have been looking into and will continue to do so.

Good to know. Not sure how often I would use the feature, but most everyone I'm working with is on Win7 or Windows 8. I've tested and had this happen on both Win7 and Win8 machines.

I'm currently setting up a variety of VM's (Linux, Windows, Mac) a lot of different versions to do more further testing.
