I have created a small application that allows you to draw on the screen remotely. This is called Marker.

I have created two versions, one built against .net 2.0 and another built against .net 4.0.

This is so I don't have to transfer a config file with the tool.

USAGE:

Keyboard:[ESC] exits program, [BACKSPACE] clears the canvas, [SPACE] minimizes canvas.
Mouse:Right click menu has options to change size, color, clear, and close.

Let me know what you think.

Marker-20.exe
Marker-40.exe

Although it's a bit of a hack, you could iexpress the exe.config in with the exe to make it run like one file:

It's what we do with pretty much everything in our toolbox.
