I'm curious about the Automate product for monitoring and management. We already use the Access (Connect) product. I tried to sign up for a trial but it says the <mydomain> part of <mydomain>.screenconnect.com is already used for hostedrmm.com. I really don't want two separate management interfaces or accounts, so I guess my question is, what is the best way to go about evaluating Automate without losing or complicating my current Access instance?

Also, what is the pricing on Automate? We only have about 20 nodes that would need to be monitored/managed.

If you're simply wanting to trial Automate I'd think it would be best to leave your current implementation separate and not integrate it with the Automate trial instance. Each implementation of Automate comes with its own free version of Control. Incase you decide not to go forward with Automate then you wouldn't have to worry about any decoupling or anything. You would simply deploy an additional Control agent from the Automate-implemented instance of Control that's included with Automate (it sounds more complicated than it is).

As far as pricing I'm really not sure how they price things, but I believe it's typically done per End point. You can check out their Trial page here to start the Trial process.
