Hello,
I'm getting my dashboard fully customized. But I'm noticing an issue. When an unattended access machine sends a message, a few triggers go off to alert me. When I finally connect to the dashboard to respond to the message, I sometimes have a hard time finding the device in the list because the tiny dot indicating which device has an un-read message is at the far right end of the the session name. Often not view-able at all without moving the columns around to uncover it. Is there a configurable parameter somewhere that will let me put that notification dot at the beginning of the name? Or rather, Change the entire row color of the device. Something... that stands out more than the current solution would be very helpful. Thank you in advance!

You can create a Session Group filter using UnacknowledgedEventCount > 0
The catch is, you can really only use it to identify the computer. Because the moment you click on the message tab in that group, the Event becomes acknowledged, and thus the computer disappears.

The workaround I use is to just include the session name in the notification email, so that I know which computer I need to go look at.

What we do is send the URL along with the email message.

https://example.com/Host#Access/All//{Session.SessionID}

You will need to replace the domain name and likely replace "All" with whatever the session group is that lists all devices (be sure to replace any spaces with "%20"). I renamed mine to "All" for simplicity.

Well that is handy, thanks!
