We're brand new to ScreenConnect and have been configuring everything to our liking before we deploy at scale.
So far I have nothing but good things to say... until we tried to set up a session on an Android device.
The ScreenConnect app does not exist in the google play store.
If you start a support session from a phone, it triggers the play store to open but then we get the "Item not found" message.
Same story if you use a browser to visit the play store.
I've tried proxying via other countries to see if it was a geo-location restriction, but I get the same result.
Am I missing something?
I know that screenconnect offers the APK from their site, but we would prefer to have users install from Google Play.
Any insight is appreciated.

It isn't just you. I have it on my Android devices, (Connectwise Control) and I am certain it was installed from the Play Store. But I can't find it there now, it doesn't show up in my play store apps list, and when I click the play store link from within the settings - apps - app info menu for Control, it just takes me to an "Item Not Found" play store page.

I just finished speaking to support and they said that the app was pulled from the store.
They pointed me to this bulletin
They said that there is no ETA for when it will return, but it is a high priority.

This is top priority for us and we are working with Google to get our app relisted. If approved by Google, it should be up in the next few days.
