Our Administrator account has been locked out, we're seeing this message when attempting to login with administrator: "Too many incorrect password attempts; you have been locked out."
Is there a way to re-enable it from the command line?

We're running ScreenConnect on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

You should probably reset the installation but make sure to create a backup of the ConnectWise control installation before proceeding, after resetting your customization should remain intact but you will lose user account already created. The full guide is posted above.
