I installed an agent on a Linux CentOS 7 client machine. After installing the agent rpm file, CentOS 7 client machine won't show up on the screenconnect host page. After that, I installed JAVA 11 on the CentOS machine, Now, I got the machine show up on the screenconnect host page. Unfortunately, the local keyboard and mouse doesn't seem to work when remote connect to the CentOS client machine. Do anyone know what is the problem or what additional software I need to install onto the CentOS machine?

Other than Java you shouldn't need to install any other software to get the client working on Linux. Are you still having this problem?

It might be best to give our Support team a shout so that someone can take a direct look.
