Currently in LMI we use the built-in end of session feedback. which is great as it keeps the customer feedback associated with the support session/engineer which makes auditing easy and allows us to follow up with issues.

With SC I see there is a option to prompt for an external survey post session, but as this is an external survey you then lose an associated session info which makes the above very difficult, if not impossible.

I see there is a built in survey tool which is used to provide feedback to SC, which is a shame as this would be ideal if it could be redirected to ourselves.

Does anyone use the post survey option, and if so what have you been able to achieve with it.

I have posted an enhancement request in case anyone else would be interested in this.
