Currently testing Freshservice Integration and comparing it to the Freshdesk Extension.
Have the App setup on the Freshservice side can create support session. Can generate requester reply. The user receives session link and can join a session. Session is displayed under Support Section as a Freshservice- session. If I end the session I get the summary report in the Freshservice ticket.
My issues are with the following... in the Freshdesk app/extension it displays a status message on the Freshdesk side letting you know if the session exists/is ready/etc. Is it suppose to do this in the Freshservice app/extension? Also the Join Session button doesn't seem to do anything, just opens a blank tab, have tried both IE and Chrome. Any help would be appreciated.

Offhand I cannot remember if this is expected behavior but the FreshWorks team wrote the FreshService integration so your best way to proceed is likely to reach out to their Support team. |
