I see that the iOS app has "Added ability to view the screen of a remote iOS device (iOS 11+)". Can you explain how this will or does work please? I can't see anything more about it. Thanks.

1. Install the ConnectWise Control app on the iOS device.
2. Start a support session in ConnectWise Control. It's easier if you make it public but any authentication will work.
3. Open the ConnectWise Control app on the iOS device, and enter in your ConnectWise Control URL. This will take you to the landing page you see on the desktop.
4. Click "Join" on the iOS device next to the session name/enter in the Session code.
5. On the iOS app you will get step-by-step instructions on how to enable screen broadcasting (Open Settings > Control Center, add the screen recorder toggle, etc.) Follow them.
6. Join the session on your computer like any other ConnectWise Control support session.
You will be able to view the screen, but not control it. Tested it on our on-premises server, it works very well.
