Thanks: 1 times
We currently have ~6500 Access sessions and a database of ~5GB and we are experiencing slowness and even hanging of the web page.
We believe that the issue stems from SQLite and a larger database.

Has anyone that has migrated to MSSQL have any data that this made the instance behave better?
We are interested in migrating to a better back end but with it not being supported by the vendor we are hesitant to move with out knowing if it will even be better.

Currently if we have issues a reboot will resolve the issues for awhile, however it will take ~30 mins before the webpage is up and agents can start checking in. During this time the screenconnect services are sitting in a starting state.

After the site is up it takes almost all day for all of the agents to check in.

Let me know if anyone has any input on this.
Thanks!
Kris

I don't have much insight on the MSSQL database, but have you tried trimming your database size with a database maintenance plan? If that doesn't work you may consider opening up a ticket with support to help manage the size of your database.

Hope this helps!
