I still have the list of all clients.
I have the same instance id as before.

I have several clients that I leave connected, but now they are all disconnected.

How can I re-associate the installed and running copy of the client to my new license??

Thanks in advance,
John

The free license only allows for up to three Access guests to be connected at the same time, are you 100% certain that all clients are offline?

You can create a session group with the following filter syntax to display all available sessions:
Code:

GuestConnectedCount > 0
ScreenConnect Team
