Hello Support,

I have a licence version ScreenConnect 5 that I would like to upgrade to the latest version.

I would just like to clarify if upon upgrading if the previous licence will work.

I should be mention the software is register to Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited.

When you upgrade, we'll send you a new key to use. After that time, the old key will be revoked, and you'll want to delete the old one from the server:
