For as long as I can remember we have been at SC to provide a easy way for each tech to get an email summary of the connections they have made that day. The group, machine, duration etc so we can cross reference that against our job tickets to ensure time gets billed for.

I was a while ago, sent a way to do this with reporting manager, but I for the life of me can't find this.

I was wondering if anyone else was doing this and if they would provide me the instructions for it please?

I would ideally do this for a specific group, or as a second less attractive option, per user, as some of our users don't require this functionality.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
