Administration tab - Database. From there you can set up database maintenance plan actions and the schedule. I use the following:

Support: Delete ended sessions older than 2 days
Meeting: Delete ended sessions older than 2 days
Access: Delete ended sessions older than 7 days
Support: Delete All Events events older than 7 days
Meeting: Delete All Events events older than 7 days
Access: Delete All Events EXCEPT AddedNote, QueuedMessage, SentMessage events older than 7 days
Delete session captures older than 7 days
Compact database files

Set to run once per day. Obviously you'd want to tweak that to keep or delete whatever information you see fit.
thanks 1 user thanked SoCo_Systems for this useful post.
