We have the basic version of ConnectWise, and I noticed that you can put notes in while you are working on a 'session'/connected to a user. Is there a way to 'pull' the notes from a database etc? We want to compile them by subject for possible use later on.

Can we do this in the basic version?

you can use triggers to send it to yourself by email or post it to a website along with the other device-specific information. use an "AddedNote" event.

Sounds like you'll want to use the Report Manager extension to query all AddedNote session events:
