We currently have an on-premise CONTROL instance with a 4 concurrent technician license. Several users are reporting running into instances that all 4 concurrent technician licenses are in use and requesting that additional be purchased. Asking for funding is always simpler with tangible info to present as part of the request so what we are looking for is a report of some sort that shows times we have reached the maximum number of concurrent technicians over the duration of the audit logs. Is there something available to show that information?

You could pull the information out of the session.db directly or from the logs. The logs are probably easier. You can use the 'download audit log as csv' extension to download the logs. Extract all the records/rows with "Event: Connected, Process: Host" and "Event: Disconnected, Process: Host", then map that out. That should provide the justification you need.
