How can we implmente a function to ask the Technician for details/summary/ticket number after closing a remote support connection? is this possible?

Great question! Right now that functionality is not built into the product. There is a request for something like you're asking in our product enhancement forum. You can check it out here: Require tech to enter a note/comment before joining a session. If this is what you're looking to achieve, you can give this topic an upvote.
