Is it possible for the tray icon of ConnectWise Control to ALWAYS show in the taskbar in Windows?
We use it to ask the user for their PC name and it would be a lot easier if it was always showing. After a default install it goes into the Hidden Icons area.

I don't know if we have any control over that but it wouldn't hurt to look. I recommend adding a feature request to our Product Feedback Portal found here.

In Windows 10, you can search for (Windows key and start typing) "Select which icons appear on the taskbar". From there, find ScreenConnect and toggle it to ON.

There's probably a way to do this with PowerShell or maybe a registry hack also.
