The Guest Download Assistant extension is now available for download from the ConnectWise Control Extension Marketplace. The extension requires ConnectWise Control version 6.3+ and only displays the download arrow to unauthenticated guests on Chrome and Firefox browsers. A logged-in user (Host or Admin) will not be presented with the download arrow if they download the client from the guest page. The extension has a single setting, ArrowDisplayDurationSeconds, which determines how long the client download arrow should be displayed on the guest page after a guest initiates the client download. The default value for this setting is 15 seconds.
