I'm looking for a way to make sure guests don't stay connected to Support Sessions for too long. If a guest goes to our website and clicks "Start a new session" they can name it and get connected. If they don't call us for us to then work on their system that session may stay open on the server for days, weeks, months, etc... It then leaves their system vulnerable with that "always on" connection.

I'd like to have some way to automatically end those sessions. Either X hours after the session was started or at 5PM every day (for example).

Short of that, the ability to create a Session Group based on how long it's been since a session was started would be good so I could make one for "2+ day old sessions" and at least select-all and end them.
