Hi there,

New to the forum and to ScreenConnect in general.

We have a setup that allows users to navigate to our website and enter in the session code in order to join with a support representative. I am trying to use triggers to send an email to our general mailbox whenever a session is connected or disconnected. The catch is that we only want these emails when both sides are connected, and when both sides disconnect. My setup is in the below screenshot. Currently it sends TWO emails upon connection (one when I connect, one when the guest connects) and another TWO when disconnected.

Your help is appreciated. Apologies if I put this in the wrong spot Confused

You would probably need to make use of the Session.HostConnectedCount and Session.HostConnectedCount flags. > 0 would give you that it is connected, = 0 not.

My guess is that you would have to break it out into 2 filters, one for connect and one for disconnect.

Just to add, the first trigger defined in your screenshot is missing the = comparator within the Event Filter. Correcting that might prevent some hair-pulling later if you can't figure out why its not working.
