I click on the machine, select reinstall/upgrade. This is a supported scenario (or is macosx 10.9.5 now also not supported any more?). But it won't come online again, even after minutes and even after a restart.
I have go to the place where the Computer is located.
In the /opt directory there is something new, at least the plist file shows the right version, but when I start it, i get the error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.screenconnect.client.Program.main(Unknown Source)

all files are dated from 1970.

This worked in previous versions of SC (at least in version 6 versions).
Does ConnectWise control think, it is safe I try to upgrade another of my unattended Macs?
Will you pay me for driving 200km to fix this?

No help, I realise, but I have three Macs, and they all do a reinstall without problems nowadays. Certainly on 6.1 and the current 6.3.

Sorry for the issue you're having. You'll definitely want to contact our support team for assistance. This is not a known issue, so we would need to troubleshoot, in the environment, before we could comment further.
