I am wanting to export information from report manager as I previously did before upgrading to the newest version.

I want to be able to export based on 'Organisation' and also get a detailed list of the hardware and software components of the PC's. You were able to do
this with the previous versions, but cannot find these filters in the new report manager.

Good morning,

What version of the Report Manager extension is installed on your server (the current latest version is 1.8.1). Also, what version of ConnectWise Control are you using?

Since 'Organisation' is 'CustomProperty1' by default, you should be able to run the following report to output session name, guest OS, and guest processor name for all sessions with 'Organisation' set to 'Home':

Thanks for this!

Is there also a way you can view all the PCs and see how many users have logged onto that PC with their username.

I can find a report when using session name, disconnect time, connect time, sessionguestloggedonusername (but i find this only gives me who is currently logged on)

I want to be able to find out over a certain time period who has ever logged onto a PC, is this possible?
