We currently have ConnectWise up and working, but for security reasons have disabled access to the external web server.

Is there a way to disable this check in the "External Accessibility Check"? I know this isn't required, but it would eliminate the false positive "error" that is showing red.

I don't believe there's currently a way to disable it but you're welcome to register something within our Product Feedback Portal.

Although, to be honest, if you disabled access to the webserver and the EAC is failing, then its not technically a false positive.
