So in my app.config settings I have AutoConsentIfUserProcessNotRunning and AccessAutoConsentIfUserProcessNotRunning checked for ON. My AutoConsentAfterSeconds is 0 which is required per our policy.

I am able to connect to computers if no one is logged into the computer with consent without issue. However for users who lock their computer and leave for the night I am unable to connect to the computer.

Is it possible to not have ScreenConnect require consent if the lock screen is present? Similar to the way it works if user process is not running?

Right now I don't believe there is a way to separate users who lock their screen (and thus the user process is still running) so that consent is automatically granted.

I suggest registering your idea within our Product Feedback site so that we can review/prioritize it.
