We create all of our unattended installers with the client name as first part of the host name, i.e. "Techsperts-%Computername%". We want to be able to create session groups based on the first part of this name so we can add some security to what tech's can see what clients. Does anyone know of a way to do this? The Host filter under Unattended seems to be greyed out??

Thanks in advance

Hi BG,

I think you got your filters mixed up. In your example "Techsperts-..." would be your tag. The host would be the technician, in the case he owned a session. If none of the unattendeds were in active sessions, the host filter would be grayed. It won't appear if there are no selections to choose. Hope this helps, if not give us a call and I'll walk you through it.
