Hello!

first post here because never had a problem with SC as it's a great product. I recently installed the https front end with a https certificate and everything installed great and I now access the front end with a different than 443/https port with no issue (example, port is say 40443). Since this update my clients continuously disconnect and reconnect from the server in the session view. They seemt to disconnect every 5-10minutes. I'm able to run sessions to these clients but . If you're in a session the server seems to lock up for about 30-45 seconds then continues to work. I've got 6GB of ram on this server of which only 2Gb is in use (maybe 40clients total).. I did disable incoming port 8040 on my firewall after upgrading to https, but left open 8041 (as I thought that was the session port for hosts). I also upgraded/client on the host thinking that was an issue between server and client, didn't help.

I'm running 5.6 clients mostly and 6.2.12963.6312 on the server. Is there a log somewhere for me to see why it is disconnecting? I could also run an wireshark session but I'm hoping it's something easy to fix.

thanks!

So, this is a pretty interesting issue, it's hard to say what's happening.

A good place to start is to run a packet capture (via netmon or wireshark) on the server and/or remote machine and watch what happens when there's a disconnect. Are there a lot of dup acks or lost packets?

Also, just to be clear, you did not change the relay port, correct? What kind of firewall is the server behind?
