When you chat from the web interface the end user gets the first message but no others, if you start a session and chat from that window its fine.

Which version of ScreenConnect are you seeing this with? Is the server version the same as the client version?

Does it happen to any/all machines?

Using the latest 6.2.12684.6281

Also the we have a session group to show when a chat message is received and all of the machines we have chatted with are stuck in there.

Thanks for elaborating a bit more, based upon the new information I believe this is a known bug that we are still investigating how best to fix. I don't have an exact ETA at the moment, but it is obviously a high priority issue.
