Good news, you should now be able to install the Remote Desktop Manager extension from the store!
I think there are some issues when using the latest version of Connectwise (which is the one on the cloud instance) and we'll be looking at that as soon as possible.

After some testing, version 2.0 of the extension works well with RDM and ConnectWise v6.4.15787.6556.
To use version 2.0 of the extension you will need RDM 13.0.9.0 or later which isn't out yet. We should publish a new beta version this week hopefully.

Hello,

You can download the latest beta version on our website here https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/download
The latest beta is version 13.0.18.0. You will have to upgrade the Connectwise extension to 2.1 as well, since Connectwise 6.6 changed a few things.

If you still encounter issues please let me know.
