Is there a way to change the program message that displays on the customers PC (by the clock) from "Session:" to something else. Also, is there a way to change the chat from "Host:" to the username of the technician?

I have gone over the settings in the Admin area about 10 times, and I am still unable to find it.

Have you tried changing the "ProcessType.Guest" and "ProcessType.Host" entries? I haven't changed those entries, but try it and see what happens.

Sorry, without a plugin you can't customize much within the clients themselves except for Client.ApplicationTitle. And plugins are a bit of work because of the ClickOnce manifests and signing.
