Every time I connect to a client I get the message: A new version of the ConnectWiseControl client is available
When I try to install it I get the message: This install has incomplete information to connect. If you originally deployed under group policy, this installer package must also be deployed under group policy.
I did not originally deploy under group policy.
Please advise.

Can you generate a msiexec logfile and PM its contents to me?
You can generate it with the following command:
msiexec /i ScreenConnect.ClientSetup.exe /Lv* install.log |

I receive the same error when the auto-upgrade attempts on Most of my workstations. If I chose to reset my join method, then re-download the program from there it upgrades fine. This has been the case, so far as I can remember, since 6.5

Any updates on this? This is infuriating, and has been happening for 3-4 updates now.
