But for 7.0, you can go to Appearance Page and edit Client Resources like: "LightThemeMainBaseColor" or "DarkThemeDefaultHighlightColor" etc.

Just search "DarkTheme" or "LIghtTheme" in the appearance page Client Resource table. :)
