I am having an issue connecting to a pc in which their regular IT has installed access for the screenconnect. I know that I have no trouble running two screenconnect sessions but trying to figure out why they are not able to. I tried using Meeting, Access, and Remote sessions and none of them will lauch. The pc gets to the point of almost connecting to the session but then just exits out of the process and no error message is displayed. Any suggestions for how to resolve this item ? ?
