When a current fine working Mac OSX unattended agent upgrades to Mac OSX 10.14 (Mojave) you can still access the Mac but keyboard and mouse are blocked.

You can fix this in the Security Panel by allowing the Screenconnect, sorry ConnectWise Control, agent to access the system fully.

However this means you have to ask the user to do it for you as you can't type in the meantime.

Does anybody know of a way to fix this ?
You can run scripts through Commmand Line = Terminal on the Mac
I know it has something to do with the GateKeeper.

Strange thing is you can do a reinstall without a problem.

Anybody got a clue ?

The Guest version of the Agent does not have this limitation.

Kind regards,

To follow up with this thread we've implemented some pretty significant changes to how the MacOS Guest client is built that should alleviate a lot of these problems (maybe all of them).

These changes are pending QA at the moment but will likely be included in 7.0.
