I currently run SC self hosted on:

http://support.xyz.co.uk:8040 (not the real address). I don't have a static IP address so support.xyz.co.uk forwards to a ddns address before pointing to my dynamic IP. I have port forwarding set up on my router for 8040 and 8041 to point to my internal IP address hosting SC.

This could be wrong, but I have set up an SSL certificate at support.xyz.co.uk and followed the ScreenConnectConfigurator.exe process

This is where the process fails.

I can open SC on https://192.168.1.71 (but get certificate errors as the address doesn't match)

I cannot get to SC via https://support.xyz.co.uk or via https://my IP Address or via the DDNS address (If I revert web.config back it all works through http://:8040

Do I need to add any ports to the address? Do I need to forward any ports in the router?

I've read lots of info on this, but haven't been able to crack this issue.

Thanks

Can you get to SC via "https://support.xyz.co.uk:8040"?

No, only via the private IP address.

If this configuration is currently working;
<add key="WebServerListenUri" value="http://support.xyz.co.uk:8040/" />

this one should also work;
<add key="WebServerListenUri" value="https://support.xyz.co.uk:8040/" />
