I have a guest client that stopped working one day. I finally found the time to go out there, and it seems that the software is crashing immediately. The services also won't start. I got these from Event Viewer: Quote:Faulting application name: ScreenConnect.WindowsClient.exe, version: 6.4.15787.6556, time stamp: 0x5a317dbb Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.1.7601.24260, time stamp: 0x5b9470f4 Exception code: 0xe0434352 Fault offset: 0x000000000000bded Faulting process id: 0x1170 Faulting application start time: 0x01d47b98a91c1a88 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\ScreenConnect Client (d0549e663a15b8ee)\ScreenConnect.WindowsClient.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\KERNELBASE.dll Report Id: e7d60a53-e78b-11e8-9aeb-842b2bb4c887 Quote:Application: ScreenConnect.WindowsClient.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Tried old install files. Same issue. But it can view other clients.

Just to be completely clear, we're talking about the Access client software, correct?
Is there an entry for the service within the registry? It should be found at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ScreenConnect Client (xxx) by default. |
